Meg has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling and is currently enrolled in a 4th year Honours program at Bond University. She holds registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) to practice as a registered/qualified counselor. Her Bachelor of Counselling has given her experience and training in the modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Theory.
Meg has a particular interest in providing pre & postnatal mental health support to new parents who may be struggling with adjusting to parenthood. She is also passionate about providing mental health support to adolescents who may be experiencing self-esteem issues, friendships, and relationship issues, academic stress, or anxiety. Similarly, Meg is interested in working with young adolescents and children who may be experiencing behavioral and emotion regulation difficulties.
