POKA Lunch Club (online)

Marsden Clinical Psychology is running a workshop for Parents of Kids with ADHD running over 6 weeks, with weekly Zoom meetings between 1pm and 2pm on consecutive Wednesdays. 

Participants have  the opportunity to learn about their child's ADHD, from the basics to the more complex and less known elements of ADHD. There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions about ADHD or your child specifically. It is a closed group and numbers are capped to 10 families to ensure that it is a personal and confidential experience.

The POKA Lunch Club is a workshop for Parents of Kids with ADHD running over 6 weeks, with weekly Zoom meetings between 1pm and 2pm on consecutive Wednesdays. 

Participants have  the opportunity to learn about their child’s ADHD, from the basics to the more complex and less known elements of ADHD. There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions about ADHD or your child specifically. It is a closed group and numbers are capped to 10 families to ensure that it is a personal and confidential experience. 

The cost of the course is $300 including workshop materials and is the total cost per family – whether one or both parents choose to attend. It is held online via Zoom and participants are able to join in their lunch break from work or home (it’s OK for two parents to log in from different locations).

  • Beyond inattention and hyperactivity: what else do you need to know
  • The developmental trajectory of an ADHD child
  • Managing the BIG emotions 
  • Self esteem and ADHD
  • School problems and executive functioning
  • Fostering hope through seeing the strengths in ADHD
