Lulu is a calm and open-minded clinician dedicated to enhancing intimate connections for couples. With a focus on exploring challenging topics, she encourages clients to articulate their innermost thoughts through both talk therapy and somatic techniques. Additionally, Lulu is passionate about supporting mothers through birth debriefing, particularly after traumatic experiences.

Her commitment to inclusivity is evident in her work with the LGBTQIA+ community, as she welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, professions, and cultural orientations. Lulu is also sex-worker friendly and adept at addressing a wide range of sexual challenges faced by individuals and couples. Through her embodied approach, she guides clients in navigating their challenges, ultimately fostering greater pleasure, closeness, and connection.

Lulu is an experienced doula with a strong commitment to perinatal care, which inspired her to co-found The Birth Collective Illawarra. This initiative supports mothers and babies in sharing their birth stories and fosters community connections. With five years of experience in this field, Lulu’s focus has evolved to emphasize the intricate relational dynamics between mothers, their partners, children, and the broader community. Her personal journey in relationships and parenting, combined with a deep interest in sexual intimacy, led her to pursue counselling and therapy, specializing in couples and sex therapy. Lulu’s multifaceted background equips her to address the complex emotional and relational aspects of family life, offering compassionate support to those navigating these transitions.

Outside of work, Lulu enjoys spending time in the sun with a good book or dining out with friends. While she whimsically dreams of a day when her kids have zero meltdowns, she gracefully accepts the reality of parenting’s ups and downs, and finds comfort in sharing a kombucha and meaningful conversations with loved ones, appreciating the connections that help balance the challenges of family life.
