Madoc is a warm, compassionate and authentic psychologist dedicated to working with individuals of all ages. His extensive experience includes supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, and phobias. Madoc values the meaningful connections that develop through his work, fostering a genuine understanding of each individual’s unique journey. He is committed to a neuro-affirming approach, helping clients align their lives with their values while equipping them with skills to manage stressors and overcome challenges effectively.

Madoc reflects on his first breathwork class during adolescence, where he was struck by the intensity and transformative power of mindful breathing. This experience helped him confront his own unrealized perfectionism, allowing him to embrace the pursuit of quality work without being paralyzed by the fear of making mistakes—a natural aspect of the human experience. He recognizes that many individuals in both his personal and professional circles have faced challenges related to mental health. Grateful for his open-minded and validating support network, he aims to extend similar support to those in need. Professionally, Madoc has gained valuable experience working in various settings, including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAYMHS), Wollongong Hospital’s Adolescent Day Unit (ADU), Northfields Psychology Clinic, and Headspace Nowra.

Madoc embraces challenges beyond the therapy room, with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu being one of his favorite pursuits. He dreams of one day exploring the Amazon rainforest and swimming with sharks, but until that adventure becomes a reality, he finds joy in spending his days off with friends, reading in the sun, engaging in training and recovery sessions, and catching up with loved ones.
