As an individual who has moved across several countries and cultures whilst maintaining Russian heritage, Olga views people’s unique backgrounds and experiences with curiosity and importance. Olga is passionate about learning what life feels like for individuals and understanding what is important in their worlds, to gradually build together on their unique strengths and create helpful changes that feel important for them. Olga strongly considers that therapy can take many shapes and sizes and is a big believer in incorporating activities into therapy that help individuals to feel more comfortable as well as help understanding and processing whether that’s creating, movement or building.

Olga has a passion and is super enthusiastic about running groups. She currently runs a fortnightly kids yoga group and the younger teen ASPIREbels group (a space for neuro-divergent teens to share and connect on the early high school experiences).

Outside of the clinic, when Olga is not playing with her young daughter, she is a big fan of camping and nature adventures, cold swims, cooking up a storm and getting creative and reflective.
