$150ASPIREbels is a strengths-based program that explores and celebrates autism and girlhood, whilst promoting resilience, self-esteem and friendships. Each month, we delve into a new topic (autism acceptance, friendship difficulties, sensory preferences, self-advocacy, mental health, consent etc), engage in creativity and mindfulness like painting or shaping clay, share experiences, and have dinner.
We want this to be a kind, curious and fun space. ASPIREbels is open to girls and young people from 14 to 17 years old.
